We begin by getting introduced and discussing your home financing goals and timing.
You then complete our loan application online to start the process.
We will then ask for supporting documentation such as your most recent bank statements, W-2’s, paystubs and tax returns, depending on the type of loan product that best fits your needs.
We have teamed with licensed 3rd party appraisers to evaluate the home you are financing. This is meant to verify the worth of your current home or the home you are buying to ensure the proper programs and loan amount are presented.
Our skilled team of in-house Underwriters have full control over the transaction to ensure a smooth process.
Our skilled Processing team will work to have any conditions cleared, which may require additional information from you.
Underwriting will review your loan once more to verify all conditions have been met. Once the loan is clear-to-close, your loan documents will be ordered..
When closing conditions have been met, our funding department gives escrow the authorization to record & disburse. 
We often fund the day before closing to ensure a smooth ending to your closing and no delay in waiting on the funds!
